Star Wars Triology DVD Breaks Records

Even though the DVD will not even be released until Sept. 21, 2004 it’s presells have already outsold any other DVD in history. The DVD just went on presales less then 2 weeks ago and has already greatly exceeded expectations.

There is still controversy surrounding the idea that it is not really the original movies, but the ones that Lucas redid in the late-90’s when they were rereleased. This idea is not being overshadowed as reports swell forward on the unconfirmed special features for the DVD.
