Burnout 3 Website Launches

EA’s got a Three-peat on it’s hands with the Burnout franchise, and you can experience new screenshots, gameplay clips and a soundtrack featuring none other than rock group Jimmy Eat World.

The first two Burnout games gave race fans what they REALLY wanted with realistic and spectacular crashes. Each game included a mode specifically molded to challenge the player at causing the most expensive wreck in driving history, without all that death and dismemberment that usually goes along with it. The third installment looks only better, adding better physics, damage details, over 70 vehicles and 40 tracks, not to mention online head to head play. Sorry GameCubers, this time EA left you out. Xbox Live and PS2 online subscribers can rejoice with up to 6 competitors at a time, or take on up to 12 opponents in a pass-the-controller party game one a single console.

All that and more. Check out the goodies here: http://www.eagames.com/official/burnout/burnout3/us/home.jsp
