New DLC Maps for COD4

Call of Duty 4 has dominated the FPS market for months now, and it’s easy to see why. An enguaging and topical story in single player and a feature rich online multiplayer experience, not to mention some of the best graphics and sound in recent memory has led to an instant hit for all platforms involved.

So how do you keep the ball rolling amidst high profile new titles like Rainbox Six Vegas and the behemoth GTA IV? Downloadable Content, of course. We got a sampling of screenshots from the 4 maps promised from Activision in the Variety Pack, available April 10th:

Kill Creek
Killhouse
Chinatown
Broadcast

At least one map, Broadcast, is taken from the single player campaigns and promises up-close and personal combat.

Kill Creek resembles an old paintball course I used to frequent, a narow passage with high walls and little cover which should make for some very fast paced Headquarters and Sabotage matches.

Not much else can be determined from the other screens, Chinatown and Killhouse but look like good fits to the existing mapset.
