Ridge Racer 6 Announced

Namco is ramping up their Xbox360 library by announcing Ridge Racer 6
for the next-gen Microsoft console. Multiplayer racing is a no-brainer
for the Xbox Live service so some of the most touted features of the
titled will be amongst the online scene. Versus battles and
downloadable content (cars, tracks, etc…) are the highlights, though
thorough details are not yet available.

We do have some artwork to represent the series however, in some well
rendered car shots. Notice the hint off to Namco’s other games?
Ridge Racer just had a beautiful translation with multiplayer
capabilities on the PSP, but the power of the Xbox 360 will likely
easily blow the little Sony portable away.
