Rocket Riot Launches up on Xbox Live

This one kind of slipped under our radar. THQ is investing more and more into its casual gaming and part of that plan lies in releasing more to Xbox Live. Today, players can grab Rocket Riot, a chaotic but cute multiplayer shootfest, not unlike Worms, with an 8-bit stylized and fully destructible world. Players take the rolls of ninjas, zombies and pirates and simply grab power-ups enough to blow the pixels out of their opponents.

Unlike Worms, Rocket Riot is not turn based and it spins the camera every which way on game boards reminiscent of the best titles from a by-gone era of electronic entertainment.

We’re gearing up for a full review, but until then, enjoy the video and screens we can serve up.
