All Hail Bale
Maybe not completely, but Christian Bale breathes life into a Batman
that has been long stagnant. Saw Batman Begins last night with the
soon-to-be wife and we both thought it was about time we got another
good movie about the dark knight. I personally liked 3, but they just
through money and colors at 4, making it stink worse than Jason Mewes
at a press junket.
It was no Tim Burton, and Bale certainly isn’t Michael Keaton, but this
move was GOOD. Really good. Plenty of action, short on humor
(especially one-liners) and all the darkness that has been missing from
the series since DeVito shared the screen with the bat. In case you’re
slow, go see it. Full review to follow on Media Geeks.
Site, as you can see, still coming along, slowly. A lot on my plate.
Blogs will probably be the meat of the sandwich until I can get all my
scans and renders together for the portfolio. I could put my favorite
links up I suppose.
Side note: Miyamoto-San just told the world that Mario will not grace
the GameCube further. Future endeavors with the plumber will be on the
Revolution. Good to know. Now how about actually seeing some REAL
hardware?
