Dog Gone It!

Dear Microsoft,

I admit, so many years ago, I was skeptical of your console. It was a behemoth to be sure, and I had already been burned by Sega only to find my way back to the cradle of Nintendo’s loving embrace.

Something changed me though, I believe it may have started with a little company calling themselves Bungie. At any rate, I didn’t hesitate to jump onto the 360 bandwagon and never look back. My faithful contributions to the cause have led to hours of entertainment and socialization previous consoles did not allow me.

So you can imagine my dismay when my new best friend, a mere innocent 3 year old, saw the fuzzy parts around the earpiece and mic, and chewed through them.

Could you find it in your hearts and your large, tax deductible customer support budgets, to send me a new headset? Please?
