Confirmed: Burton, Depp do Wonka
There’s been plenty of rumor flying around, and speculation in our forums as of late, but according to an interview with CNN, Tim Burton will in fact be taking the director’s slot in the remake of Willy Wonka and the Chocloate Factory, entitled Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, faithful to the book each is based on.
The interview primarily dicusses Burton’s relationship with his parents and how it reflects in his work, also states that Johnny Depp will be playing the lead role.
