Feds Charge 4 Movie Pirates

The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced 4 indictments for feature film piracy last Thursday. 3 indictments were for former employees of Lightning Dubbs, a Hollywood VHS and DVD duplication facility and one for Chicago resident Russell Sprague. Sprague was arrested last month in an Academy distribution sting that included distribution and copying of copyrighted material. Sprague was also charged with one count of criminal infringement of a copyright and one count of conspiracy.
