LOTR Trilogy sells out in hours

Last week the LOTR Trilogy tickets went on sale online for 99 theaters across the country. Tickets were sold out in hours and many websites crashed forcing theatres to open their box offices early to sell tickets. If you really want tickets you can buy them on ebay for prices ranging anywhere from $70 all the way up to $1000. This is crazy, but I would be one of the crazy people to sit in the theatre for 11 hours if I didn’t have to work.
