Marlon Brando Dies at 80
Brando died Thursday at a Los Angeles hospital at the age of 80, attorney David J. Seeley said Friday. Seeley gave no cause of death, citing Brando’s concern for his privacy.
Brando was working on a film the last few weeks of his life titled “Brando and Brando” with director Ridha Behi. Filming was scheduled to start later in July and go through August. Even though Brando’s health was failing he was still enthusiastic about the project. Behi was sighted in a phone interview as saying that Brando had heart problems. Behi is very sad about the loss of Brando, but insists that the film will go on, but now it will pay homage to Brando.
Marlon Brando was know most for his roles in The Godfather, A Streetcar Named Desire, and On the Waterfront. Brando’s method acting will be greatly missed, but will live on with the great films that he has done.
