Miramax VP leaves

Stuart Ford has resigned as the Executive Vice President of Miramax,
after working with Miramax for 6 years. Ford’s announcement comes hot
of the heals of a potential power struggle between Miramax, and parent
company Disney over cancellation of Moore’s upcoming film, “Fahrenheit
9/11”
Ford will step down at the end of May.
Company
co-chairman Harvey Weinstein stated, “we trust that Stuart will remain
a friend of the Miramax family. We wish him success in his future
endeavors.”
