Tech TV bought by Comcast

Latestest blurb from FC has Comcast buying TechTV. Official announcement to follow tomorrow. Will dig more and loog for an update, but heres the blurb:

“Rumor has it, in about 45 minutes, Comcast and TechTV will announce to employees that Comcast has bought 100% of TechTV from Paul Allen. Word is the public announcement comes this Friday… did i ruin the surprise?
