Brink Abilities Revealed

Brink had a pretty good showing last year inside of Bethesda’s trailer parked inside the convention center at E3. Though nothing was hands-on playable, press reps were able to preview some of the more promising features as demonstrated by on-hand developers, not the least of which was that virtually nothing was an obstacle to players.

The age old stupidity of not being able to jump, duck or climb over the most benign objects in-game had been solved and with style. Player models could virtually enlist parkour skills to jump over gaps, avoid security gates and even climb over the bane of the FPS gamer’s existence: the dreaded park bench.

Bethesda has had quite a while to really flesh out what they want their game to be, and the team based shooter is shaping up to take the Team Fortress formula to the next level. In the latest of their sneak peak videos, some of those special class abilities are revealed.
