Yeti Sports Coming to Consoles

This July, expect to see that loveable abominable snowman on your Xbox
and PS2, whacking penguins across the icy landscapes of the arctic.
JoWood entertainment is taking their highly popular and incredibly
addicting Flash game to the next level with Yetisports Arctic
Adventures.

The basic concepts remain the same. Help the Yeti help his penguin
buddies take to the skys by hitting them with an icy bat, a golf club,
throwing them around or hitching them to an albatross. Fans of the
internet series of the sporting events will notice a difference in the
look and feel of each mini-game as it is tailored to make use of the
Xbox and PS2 hardware. However, the added Xbox Live game play and Sony
EyeToy integration could make for one of the most unique party-style
play experiences since DanceDance Revolution. Early screenshots suggest
all new games and a new look for the Yeti.

Play specifics are not yet available, nor is whether the title will see
release on US shores, however release in the European market is
scheduled for July 19th with a street price of
