Confirmed : Brittney's real "faux" marriage

Britney can’t stay single for too long, nor can she get passed that whole, let’s get married mumbo-gumbo, proving with great vigor that she just can’t commit.

I really don’t like reporting on Britney, but this is just too good to pass up!

thesmokinggun.com has released legal documents stating that Britney and faux-hubby Kevin Federline have entered into a “Faux” wedding, each side agreeing to not get married or be called husband and wife in their “”Wedding” [sic – the legal document contains quotes around the word wedding]”. The document bares both parties signatures, dated September 14, 2004, as well as the signature of a notary public and the couple’s lawyers.

The document states that each party is aware that they are not getting married, and that the “”wedding ceremony” [sic – again, the quotes are in the legal document]” will not be a legally binding wedding. Ironic as it may sound, it then goes on to say that they are free to get married at a later date, and that neither party was under duress at the time of the non-wedding agreement.

The document does state that they each plan on entering into a prenuptial agreement prior to entering into a legally binding marriage.

I thought Britney said she understood the meaning behind a marriage?
