Tom Hanks (The Green Mile, Apollo 13, Forrest Gump) is in negotiations to join the film adaptation of the Novel, “The Da Vinci Code,” which has director Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13) teamed with writer Akiva Goldsman (I Robot, A Beautiful Mind, Practical Magic).
Producer Neal Moritz (Torque, S.W.A.T, xXx) is working on a modern adaptation of the 50’s classic thriller, “The Tingler,” with the new adaptation penned by Greg Pace.
Catherine Keener (S1m0ne, Being John Malkovich) will join Steve Carell (Bruce Almighty, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy) in “40 Year-Old Virgin,” with Writer Judd Apatow making his directorial debut.
Craig Kilborn (Old School, TV’s “Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, The”) is negotiating to join Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon Series, Grand Canyon), Tim Allen (Christmas with the Kranks, The Santa Clause Series), Kristin Davis in the Disney remake of “The Shaggy Dog,” with Brian Robbins (Hard Ball, Varsity Blues) at the helm.
