Writer-director Tim McCanlies (Seondhand Lions, The Iron Giant, Dennis the Menace Strikes Again) is set to adapt Piers Anthony’s 1977 classic novel “A Spell for Chameleon,” finally!
David Ayer (S.W.A.T., Training Day, U-571) is set to direct Christian Bale (Reign of Fire, American Psycho), Eva Longoria (TV’s “Desperate Housewives”) and Freddy Rodriguez (TV’s “Six Feet Under”) in “Harsh Times,” a script written by Ayer.
Jerry Bruckheimer (National Treasure, Black Hawk Down, The Rock) is producing “G-Force,” for director Hoyt Yeatman (The Princess Diaries, The Rock, Crimson Tide).
Chris Columbus (Harry Potter Series, Mrs. Doubtfire, Home Alone Series) is set to direct the film adaptation of Marvel’s “Sub-Mariner.”
Phillip Noyce (The Bone Collector, The Saint, Clear and Present Danger) is set to direct “Hot Stuff,” a script written by Shawn Slovo (Captain Corelli’s Mandolin, A World Apart).
