Rock Band Track Packs Come to PAX

Unless I’ve missed a release somewhere along the line, there’s only one Michael Jackson song on any rythm game and that’s Beat It for Guitar Hero 5. Making exceptions for that one song, MJ’s songs don’t really lend themselves well to plastic guitar play. Even still it was only a matter of time before his recent passing would spawn tracks for one of the band games.

Thing is, I never would have pegged the first being Jackson 5’s “ABC”. Anyway, it’s part of a 10 track release for next week on Rock Band, starting with the Xbox 360 and Wii, followed by PSN.

  • Freezepop – “Get Ready 2 Rokk” *
  • Freezepop – “Less Talk More Rokk” *
  • Freezepop – “Science Genius Girl” *
  • Jonathan Coulton – “Re: Your Brains” *
  • MC Frontalot – “Origin of Species” *
  • Paul & Storm – “Opening Band” *
  • 3 Doors Down – “Kryptonite”
